Leave your Bundt cake in the plastic container and it will keep at room temperature for up 5 days, refrigerated for 2 weeks, or frozen for up to 12 months (to properly freeze – wrap the cake securely with plastic wrap then wrap with foil and place inside a large Ziploc bag and freeze. Allow cake to thaw at room temp keeping cake wrapped for several hours.
This cake contains: Eggs, Diary, Wheat, Soy, Leavening, Nuts, Flavorings. This cake was produced in our facility that also makes desserts with coconut, pecans, walnuts and almonds. Our facility is not Gluten Free.
