We’re thrilled our great tasting cookies and cakes can be shipped anywhere in the Continental United States, from California to New York.  Family members, friends and business associates from the west coast to the east coast can enjoy Ms. Myrtle’s recipes that are rich in family history and delicious in taste.  Choose one of our delicious pound cakes or a dozen mouthwatering gourmet cookies.  We’ll make them, pack them in a way to ensures they arrive in perfect condition and great tasting, and send them your way.

All of our cookies are made from our family recipes without any preservatives.  Your cookies are made fresh to order as we package and ship out cookies on the same day we bake them.  Cookies are produced in our facility that also makes desserts with coconut, pecans, walnuts and almonds.  Our facility is not Gluten Free.

Cookies are individually packaged to secure freshness and prevent breakage.

All cakes are placed in a clear plastic cake container and stored inside an insulted thermal bag and packed with frozen gel packs then shipped via FedEx.   The packaging unfortunately increases the cost of the cake – Sorry!   Leave your Bundt cake in the plastic container and it will keep at room temperature for up to 5 days, refrigerated for 2 weeks, or frozen for up to 12 months. 

Freeze – (wrap the cake securely with plastic wrap then wrap with foil and place inside a large Ziploc bag and freeze. Allow cake to thaw at room temp keeping cake wrapped for several hours).

All deliveries are sent using two-day service in an insulated cooler-bag with an ice pack to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during transit. The ice pack may no longer be cold upon arrival, this is ok! The ice pack helps the product stay cold during transit and may be thawed by the time your package arrives. For best results, our products should be refrigerated upon arrival and consumed within 5-7 days of delivery. They can alternately be frozen upon arrival for up to 4 weeks. If you will be storing them in a refrigerator, please allow approximately 10 minutes to reach room temperature or 30 minutes if coming from the freezer.

Standard shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday with your order arriving in 2 days. Orders can be shipped on Thursday if a 1 day delivery option is requested. Please call 346-571-5499 for availability on large orders.  Orders received before 2pm Central Time can go out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day or on the ship date you selected.  All shipping rates and methods are quoted by zip code with a maximum transit time of 2 days for perishable items. We pass along our best shipping rates to our customers.

  • Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States.
  • FedEx will not to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Myrtle’s Bakery Shoppe is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for FedEx.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered FedEx may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
  • Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
  • During peak holiday season in the month of December, orders may not ship the same day they are ordered due to the high volume of orders received. Please communicate any specific delivery date requests to us via email ( or give us a call at 1-346-571-5499.
  • Myrtle’s Bakery Shoppe is not responsible for any FedEx delivery delays due to the high volume that FedEx experiences during COVID-19 and the month of December.

  • Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order.
